BV Tapestry Reserve 2005 90 pt. (tasted 3/12/11)
Elegant Bordeaux blend with medium body, ruby color, spicy with nuances of chocolate and violet. Well balanced with a hint of the Rutherford dust. Seems more French than California.
BV Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Maestro Collection Vinyard #2 2005 93 pt. (tasted 4/25/11)
Upon opening, Cassis, dust and earth on the palate.Very well balanced with nice rounded tannins. Coffee, chocolate, dust and gravel on the palate. Pairs beautifully with bone-in prime rib roast. Ready to drink now but will cellar well.
