AMISH PICKLED HAM APPETIZER (Maureen’s)
4 c. cubed, cooked ham (1/2-1 inch cubes)
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1-2 c. water
Mix all ingredients together and place in quart jars. Refrigerate at least 2-3 days before serving.
