I tried this recipe for easy pickled peppers 2 weeks ago when we were canning tomatoes at my sister-in-law Joans house. I used red, green, yellow and orange hot peppers and it looks great. This recipe for refrigerator pickles is too easy!

EASY PICKLED PEPPERS (Ruth's)
Sterilize your jar. Put peppers into the hot jar .Add boiling vinegar and close cap. Cool and store in refrigerator.
