HUMMUS (Amone's)
1 can (16 oz.) chick peas, drained (also called garbanzo beans)
1 clove garlic
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. salt
2 T. tahini
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse til smooth (if it's too thick, thin it down with a little plain yogurt). Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with pita bread.
