SWEET POTATO YUM-YUM'S (Tina's)
3 c. baked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 t. vanilla
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. milk
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preheat oven 350°. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased (2 quart) baking dish.
SWEET POTATO PECAN TOPPING:
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
Mix ingredients together and sprinkle evenly over the top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes.
