WET RUB FOR GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN (From "Dr. Meats" Holiday Market, Royal Oak, Mi.)
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 t. honey
2 t. Dijon mustard
2 t. chopped fresh rosemary
1 t. lemon zest
1/2 t. ground black pepper
1/4 t. salt
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Dr. Meats says, "a spice rub helps develop the crust on pork tenderloin and adds some much needed flavor. Simply massage the mixture into the meat and grill".
