HOT ICED TEA (Malcom Garvock's)
1 gallon of iced tea (Malcom uses Red Rose brand)
1 heaping T. Thai pepper powder
Mix ingredients together and serve over ice.
Note: Malcom makes his own pepper powder by placing Thai peppers on a tray and let them sit in the basement til dry (about 3 months). Place peppers in a blender, seeds included, and blend into a powder. You can use any other hot pepper powder you like if you think the Thai peppers are too hot for your liking. The best way to get the right amount of "heat" for your taste is to start with one teaspoon of pepper powder and add by increments of a half teaspoon at a time.
