LEBANESE GARLIC SAUCE (Hady's)
1 head garlic, minced
1/2-1 c. yogurt
1 t.-1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 t. mayonnaise
Whip all together and add salt to taste. Great as a dip and wonderful on chicken too.
