CHOCOLATE BOURBON BALLS
2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. crushed walnuts
1 c. powered sugar
2 1/2 T. Hershey's unsweetened cocoa
3 T. light Karo syrup
1/3 c. bourbon
extra cocoa for coating
Combine crumbs, nuts, sugar and cocoa. Mix syrup and bourbon. Mix with dry ingredients. Roll into 3/4 inch balls. Roll balls in cocoa to powder. Place balls on waxed-paper-lined cookie sheet and refrigerate.
