CUCUMBER SALAD DRESSING (Gloria Pitzer)

1 part sour cream (1 c.)
2 parts real mayonnaise (2 c.)
2 T. dill pickle juice or enough to thin to dressing consistency
1 t. dry dill weed
3 medium cucumbers, peeled or unpeeled

Combine the 4 dressing ingredients and refrigerate til needed. Slice cucumbers thin and spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Let stand 30 minutes. In a colander, rinse and drain cucumbers. Mix with the dressing.
