
CHINESE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE (Gloria's)
1 c. water
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. granulated or light brown sugar
1 T. ketchup
Stir all ingredients together and then adjust for taste and heat. Make a slurry by mixing 1/4 c. cold water with corn starch. Add this to the heated dressing and stir til thickened.
