CHINESE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE (Gloria's)
1 c. water
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. granulated or light brown sugar
1 T. ketchup
Stir together, adjust for taste and heat. Mix 1/4 c. cold water with corn starch, adding slowly to make a slurry. Add this to heated dressing and stir til thickened.
