CHEESE BALL (Ilene's)
2 pck. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
3 T. blue cheese, crumbled
1 T. grated onion
1 T. horseradish
Blend all ingredients together. Put a little olive oil on your hands (so the cheese won't stick to them), form into a ball and roll in crushed walnuts to cover. You can garnish with red and green cherry halves. Serve with 2-3 sleeves of your favorite crackers.
