GELATIN FLUFF (Lucy Taylor)

1 small pck. any flavor gelatin, dry (Lucy has used lime, cherry, strawberry and orange)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 carton (16 oz.) large curd cottage cheese, undrained
1 small container Cool Whip, thawed

Mix gelatin and pineapple together. Fold in the cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Refrigerate til set (Lucy says it's best when refrigerated over-night). Spoon onto plates or into sherbet glasses.
(10-12 servings)
