DIANE'S SALAMI APPETIZER
1 large Kosher salami pierced with the tines of a fork and rubbed liberally with honey mustard. Place on an oven-proof plate and bake 300° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cut lengthwise. Then cut into bite-sized pieces. Place fringed toothpicks into pieces. Serve on a tray with miniature party rye bread and a small bowl of honey mustard for dipping.
(makes about 30 bite-sized pieces)
