MÉMÉ'S PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 box (2 layer size) Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. oil
2 T. water

Mix all ingredients well with wooden spoon and drop by tablespoonsful onto a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 350° for 9 minutes or til lightly browned. Cool on a rack. Store in air-tight container.
(makes 2-3 dozen)
Note: try chocolate chips in place of the peanut butter or use chocolate cake mix or add nuts.
