Welcome to the Chef Talk page with information on Oakland Community College and the tasty recipes and information shared each month on "Chef Talk". We have talked with Chef Kevin Enright about cooking, Darlene Levinson about wine and, recently, Chef Christopher Galli about baking. All are Instructor in the culinary arts department, Orchard Ridge campus, Oakland Community Collage, in Farmington Hills Michigan. The chef visits our program on the third Monday of each month.
