minder, yet are still available for purchase. As regular listeners know,
it's a rule on our show that the caller has tried the recipe first. Thus,
you get the benefit of these "listener tested" recipes, in which
adjustments have often been made that produce better results than the original.
Of course, we encourage you to do your own experimenting and add your own
personal touches - by using different spices, perhaps, or substituting
ingredients you know your family prefers. Many of the recipes in these
sections have never been in print before. They have been handed down from
one family member to another - or been passed along from friend to friend.
